Care
Crystal, PEARL and Keen Bound are premium microfiber on zinc-alloy hardware. BONE is premium PU with genuine leather. All of them run on zinc-alloy hardware. Treated properly they stay as they arrived for years; treated badly, leather is unforgiving. This is all of it.
After every use
- Wipe the piece with a soft cloth, barely damp with warm water. Nothing else.
- Dry it fully before it goes back in the case. Trapped moisture is what ruins leather.
- Dry the hardware separately so it keeps its finish.
Never
- Alcohol, solvent, bleach, or any household cleaner — they strip the finish and dry the leather out.
- Soaking, machine washing or tumble drying.
- A radiator, a hairdryer or direct sun to speed drying.
Storage
Return each piece to its own recess in the case. The tray exists to stop pieces pressing marks into each other, and the closed case keeps light and dust off the leather. Store somewhere dry and out of direct sun.
