How Every SIN Set Is Made
Every SIN set is made to our specification. The clips below are from that floor, silent and uncut, because there is nothing to narrate.
The process is the same for every edition: cut, sew, finish the edges, set the hardware, inspect, pack. What changes between the lines is the material and the number of pieces, not the care. Scroll each row sideways to see more.
Cut and sewn
Panels are cut and sewn one at a time. The stitch line is what holds a cuff's shape after a year in a case.
Edges sealed and finished
Every cut edge is sealed and painted. It is the slowest part of the work and the part you notice last.
Hardware set to fit
Zinc-alloy fittings are die-cast, electroplated, then set, so every clip fits every ring across the case.
Checked before it is packed
Each piece is inspected and laid into its own recess. A set ships only when the case closes on all of it.
