Thank you for shopping with SIN Premium.

SIN’s first limited release is currently available by pre-order. This means your order reserves a unit from our first release before standard availability begins.

Pre-Order Shipping

Orders placed during the first release are pre-orders.

Estimated shipping begins May 28. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may vary slightly due to production timing, carrier processing, fulfillment volume, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Method

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Available shipping options, delivery details, and pricing will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Discreet Packaging

All SIN Premium orders are shipped in discreet packaging. The outside of the package will not display product details.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. SIN Premium is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery Times

Estimated shipping begins May 28 for SIN’s first limited release.

Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier and destination. Tracking details will provide the most accurate delivery updates once your order is in transit.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If your order appears lost, returned, or undeliverable, please contact us at support@sinpremium.com and we will review the issue.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

International Shipping

At this time, SIN Premium’s first release is primarily focused on the United States.

If international shipping is available for your location, the available shipping options will appear at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
