SIN Premium is operated by SBS Global Goods Inc. Every order ships from our warehouse in the United States.

Speed

Handling time: orders are picked, inspected and handed to the carrier within 0–1 business day. Transit time: UPS or USPS delivery takes 2–3 business days. Total delivery commitment: 2–4 business days across the continental U.S. Tracking reaches you by email the moment the order moves.

Cost

Shipping is $9.95 on orders under $199. Orders of $199 and over ship free — every Signature set qualifies. The shipping price shown at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Discretion

Your order travels in a plain outer carton with no branding and no product wording. The billing statement shows a neutral descriptor.

Address changes

Contact support@sinpremium.com before the order ships and we will update the address. After shipment, changes depend on the carrier.

We currently ship within the United States.
