30 days to change your mind

Open it, handle it, judge it properly. If it is not right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full and pay the return shipping. Full terms on Returns & Refunds. The one exception is intimate apparel, which can only come back sealed and unworn.

Against defects

Every SIN piece is covered against faults in materials and workmanship. If a stitch fails, a rivet lets go or hardware breaks in normal use, send a photograph to support@sinpremium.com and we replace the piece. Wear from ordinary use, and damage from misuse or improper storage, are not covered.

How it is made

Crystal, PEARL and Keen Bound are premium microfiber on zinc-alloy hardware; BONE is premium PU with genuine leather on the same hardware.

Before it ships

Each set is checked piece by piece against its tray: hardware seated, straps aligned, nothing missing. Then the case is closed and boxed.
